Annual Kick off Meet for the Developers in SAP Labs to Meet, Learn, Engage & Enjoy.
APPROACH
We visualised & planned the entire project for the audience to have an interactive experience with space to build technology, engage with one-another, develop skill & also have some entertainment amidst a serious business engagement day.
EXECUTION
We created a show floor spanning over 10,500 SqMtrs at the Hall 1 of Bangalore International Exhibition Centre consisting of Audience Engagement area, 8 rooms for Master Class Sessions with a seating capacity of 75 Pax, 56 Demo PODs, APP Space for 50 pax, 12 Mini Master Class Areas with 40 Pax capacity with a concept of Silent Conference, 2 Interactive Zones, a Core area for relaxation & meet-greet, IT Support Room, VIP Lounge, This isn’t ALL. We developed the Hall 2 into a Keynote & Entertainment Area with a Seating capacity of 10,000+ audience with a Technology Integrated LED Display & stage spanning over 2800 Sqft. Creating VIP Lounge for the Dignitaries, arranging & managing the ODC, Seamless registration process, temporary offices for Senior Management with all facilities to provide business continuity, managing logistics & employee transportation, safety, security, health & hygiene measures for all involved. Amit Trivedi, Leading Bollywood Music Composer & Singer, was an icing on the cake to enthral the audience with his spell bound performance.
