BRIEF
An event to depict the 10 Years of the organisation, while catering to the interests of employees who were from PAN India & different cultures
APPROACH
We created a theme ’10 years Celebrations’ resonating to the essence of the Indian Culture connecting with the employees & their families also highlighting the landmark occasion. Conceptualising Pre-Event & Main event engagements to suit & meet the theme.
EXECUTION
We put together a first-of-its-kind massive LED display system while integrating technology to enhance the experience. Fun Stalls, Activities & Artists were roped in from across India, customising employee performances, interactive engagements with families & marking the celebration with a spell-bound performance from Top Bollywood Celebrity Artist.
